A local farmers market find. Tempted to make an Indian classic dish called, 'Sarson Da Saag'. Mustard greens are abundantly used in North Indian cuisine, especially during the winter months as it is known to have a warming effect on the body. Sarson (Mustard greens) Saag (Spinach). The combination of these two powerhouse greens makes for a highly nutrient dense meal. More pungent in taste which indicates high levels of phytonutrients.
