Mustard greens are abundantly used in North Indian cuisine, especially during the winter months as it is known to have a warming effect on the body. Sarson (Mustard greens) Saag (Spinach). The combination of these two powerhouse greens makes for a highly nutrient dense meal. More pungent in taste which indicates high levels of phytonutrients.
