Nutrients in bone broth can help soothe and reduce inflammation along the lining of your gut, keeping it healthy. One of the main ingredients in bone broth is gelatin, which is the key ingredient that can help repair intestinal lining. Most people with digestive issues are low in collagen, which is abundantly available in bone both. You will have optimal results using bone broth for your gut health, when you consume four to eight ounces a day.

Broth can be prepared in bulk and stored in the refrigerator or freezer to be used in cooking and sauces. It can be kept in the refrigerator for 5-6 days and for several months in the freezer. Always make sure to use pasture-raised and grass-fed options.
