With all of the new technology and advancements in agriculture, it's no wonder that our diets have changed so much in such a short period of time. In fact, some of the food items that are common staples in our diets today could be considered fairly new when compared to other foods that have been around for centuries or even millennia. Here are some examples of foods that were introduced into the human diet within the last 100 years.
